Renee Hartmann is the Provider Relationship Manager for ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition for the western region of the United States.

Renee Hartmann is a Provider Relationship Manager at ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition at Denver Health. She oversees provider relationships for the western region of the United States, working daily with providers at hospitals, treatment centers, outpatient clinics and other organizations bringing education and awareness to support those in need of ACUTE’s specialized medical care. She began her career in corporate wellness in Washington DC, and then ultimately settled in Orange County, CA promoting health education programs for various organizations. She has been working directly with providers in the eating disorder field since 2013, primarily focused on education and access-to-care related work. Renee received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Wellness at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She has earned iaedp’s prestigious associate educational designation through the iaedp™ Institute on Eating Disorders, indicating her commitment and capability to facilitate referrals for severely ill patients.

In 2018, the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition at Denver Health was honored by Anthem Health as a Center of Excellence for Medical Treatment of Severe and Extreme Eating Disorders. ACUTE is the first medical unit ever to achieve this designation in the field of eating disorders. It comes after a rigorous review process.
