With 14 years of experience in higher levels of care for patients with eating disorders, Shannon connects individuals and families to lifesaving treatment with compassion and expertise. She values working alongside a team of dedicated professionals to support patients at critical points in their recovery.

Shannon Wallace, MSW, serves as a Senior Admissions Strategist at ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Malnutrition. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and brings 14 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders, primarily in higher levels of care, including admissions and direct patient care.

Shannon enjoys being part of a team that is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, and she takes pride in connecting patients and families with lifesaving treatment. She is driven by the impact of her work, knowing that her efforts help patients take critical steps toward recovery.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys crafting, spending time outdoors, traveling and making memories with her husband and children.
