Taylor Schock, LCSW, is a Clinical Social Worker at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Malnutrition, where she collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team to support patients through complex medical and psychological recovery.

Taylor Schock, LCSW, is a Clinical Social Worker at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Malnutrition. Taylor started at ACUTE in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.

At ACUTE, Taylor values the collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care and works closely with patients to support them through a critical stage of treatment and into their next step of recovery. She is driven by the knowledge that ACUTE plays an integral role in helping patients stabilize, heal and move forward, and she finds purpose in showing up fully for patients during a vulnerable time in their lives.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her dogs and friends, reading fantasy novels and painting.

ACUTE Earns Prestigious Center of Excellence Designation from Anthem
In 2018, the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition at Denver Health was honored by Anthem Health as a Center of Excellence for Medical Treatment of Severe and Extreme Eating Disorders. ACUTE is the first medical unit ever to achieve this designation in the field of eating disorders. It comes after a rigorous review process.
