Tracie Caudill, RN, MSN
Tracie Caudill, RN, MSN, is the Director of Nursing at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders and Severe Malnutrition, where she joined the team in January 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University.
Tracie has worked in mental health care since 2004, beginning her career in substance use disorder treatment for 12 years before transitioning to adult psychiatric nursing. She brings extensive behavioral health experience to her leadership role at ACUTE and is dedicated to supporting both patients and clinical staff through complex care delivery.
Tracie is an active member of several professional nursing organizations, including the American Nurses Association (since 2007), the Colorado Nurses Association (since 2007), the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (since 2018) and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (since 2019). She has also been a member of Sigma Theta Tau since 2007 and served on its board from 2021 to 2024.
Tracie is passionate about working at ACUTE because of the opportunity to provide specialized, compassionate and patient-centered care during vulnerable and transformative moments in patients’ recovery journeys. She is motivated by working alongside a highly skilled and dedicated multidisciplinary team and is inspired by the resilience of the patients and families she serves.
Outside of work, Tracie enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting and staying active at the gym as a way to recharge and maintain balance.
