Lead Admission Specialist

Meredith Hogg is the Intake and Admissions Manager at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition by Denver Health. She is responsible for assisting with the admission process and acts as one of the first points of contact for patients, families and referring providers. Her goal is to make the admission process as simple as possible for those seeking care. Meredith began working with eating disorders in 2012, and has worked as a Direct Care Floor staff, Case Manager and Admission Coordinator prior to joining the ACUTE Admissions team in 2019. She is passionate about streamlining processes, making valuable connections and wants to create a culturally inclusive process. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, comedy shows and spending time with family, friends and her dog Pete Davidson Hogg.

ACUTE Earns Prestigious Center of Excellence Designation from Anthem
In 2018, the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition at Denver Health was honored by Anthem Health as a Center of Excellence for Medical Treatment of Severe and Extreme Eating Disorders. ACUTE is the first medical unit ever to achieve this designation in the field of eating disorders. It comes after a rigorous review process.
